This policy explains what information CalcForFit collects and how it’s used. It’s written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach out through the Contact page.

The calculators themselves collect nothing. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you enter a weight, a rep count, or any other number into a calculator, that information is processed on your device and is never sent to our servers, stored, or logged anywhere. Closing the page or refreshing it clears it completely.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages and tools are actually being used, so I can decide what to build or improve next. This collects general, non-identifying information like which pages were visited, roughly how long someone stayed, and general location (country/city level, not precise). It does not include anything you type into a calculator.

Advertising. This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites at Google’s Privacy & Terms page.

Cookies. This site uses cookies for basic site functionality and for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work as intended if you do.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you.
